  • -networking and hence sharing business on an international scale
  • -lobbying on an international scale
  • -promote the image and knowledge of the exhibition services and the exhibition industry as a whole

Euroshop is the three-yearly world exhibition of the POS and exhibition industry; Euroshop is an IFES showcase where it can meet its individual member companies and host non-member federations, the international trade press and other institutions.

IFES main objective through its Euroshop participation is to underline, sustain and develop its brand notoriety.

IFES wants to develop 2 themes :

  • Sharing Knowledge
  • Global Networking

These 2 themes can be developed into several accents that need to be visualized :

  • Know each other, Trust each other, Do business together
  • Go beyond frontiers
  • Independence
  • Total services
  • Competitive pricing
  • International partners : UFI, EMECA, IELA

The stand concept design should illustrate the fact that exhibition services are communication specialists, who go beyond any type of boundaries, be it nations, languages and cultures, economical sectors, building methods or applied materials or even media; it should illustrate that exhibition services cover activities ranging from a simple modular stand to the complete production of theme parks such as Expo 2000.

The stand concept design should also be as 'immaterial' as possible, putting the accent on the communication 'choreography', the skilful, integrated use of all kinds of media, ranging from graphics over projection, light, multimedia to live acting.
