IFES is in shock after
the unbelievable attack on the very symbols of
American society. The IFES President, the Secretary General, the Board and all the members are united in their compassion for the victims of this cowardly assault and want to express their utmost sympathy to our American colleagues. This attack doesn't only hurt America but the whole world : we all faced utter horror and there's no way to come to terms with this. Dear American Friends, we want you to know we all stand by you.
