What a fantastic session we had at the Joint Association Partners Next Gen Workshop!
‘Mind the Gap! A safe space to co-create ideas to future-proof businesses was an insightful, interactive workshop where members of @IAPCO, @AMCI, @AIPC, and IFES – International Federation of Exhibition & Event Services gathered to tackle the leadership career gap. Participants engaged in dynamic small-group activities, brainstorming practical solutions for bridging generational divides and shaping the future of leadership in the meetings industry.
