This program was inspired by the powerful panel discussion “Breaking Barriers – The Power of Reverse Mentorship” at the World Summit in Guadalajara. But this is more than a follow-up—it’s the beginning of a long-term, community-driven movement.
🔄 What is Reverse Mentorship?
It’s a mutual exchange where experienced professionals and emerging talents learn from one another—across generations, industries, and cultures. It’s about connection, empathy, and new perspectives.

This initiative is open to all IFES members. Whether you’ve been in the industry for years or are just starting out, your voice and experience matter. And right now, we are especially looking for mentors who are ready to share their knowledge and engage in meaningful dialogue.
