The next IFES World Summit will take place in beautiful Lake Garda, Italy from 15-18 June 2027, bringing the global IFES community together under the theme “(Re)Design the Future Together.”
This theme speaks directly to the role of the exhibition and event services industry today. In a world shaped by complexity, uncertainty and increasing fragmentation, exhibitions and events remain places where people meet with purpose. They create space for dialogue, trust, commercial opportunity and cross-border collaboration.
For IFES members, design is not simply about how something looks. It is the discipline that connects strategy, creativity, construction, logistics, sustainability and human experience. It is how ideas become environments, how brands become memorable, and how clients create meaningful impact in front of the audiences that matter most.

Lake Garda will provide the backdrop for a Summit focused on practical progress: how we design better experiences, build stronger partnerships, rethink materials and processes, and create future-ready value for clients across international markets.
“(Re)Design the Future Together” is a call to action. Redesigning means challenging the status quo, integrating perspectives and showcasing differences to build something new and shared.
