Prostand Corporate Academy and its contribution to personal fulfilment through training and work

The Prostand Corporate Academy, the training school in the field of temporary facilities created by Prostand, has as its objective the contribution to personal fulfilment through specialised training and work, enhancing each talent, increasing integration, promoting the well-being of employees and developing positive perceptions of themselves and their work. The academy’s teachers accompany the students on a path of professional and human growth, in order to bring out the talents they guard.

The students are both internal Prostand employees and people from outside the company.

In Prostand’s DNA there has always been a strong focus on training and knowledge transfer. Hence the desire to train hard-to-find professionalism. The issue is particularly acute in the exhibition and events sector in general, where the mismatch between supply and demand for qualified personnel is high.

Training is one of the pillars of Prostand’s social commitment as part of its ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) strategy for the inclusion and well-being of employees.

Courses that have been running successfully for 2 years, involving both men and women of very different ages and career paths, are Rigger and Wood Technologist. To find out more, click here: https://www.prostand.com/en/academy/
