DETH-HELEXPO S.A. has issued a Notice for an Ordinary Open Tender Procedure for the selection of a contractor to provide exhibition structures, exhibition equipment, and related services supporting exhibitions, congresses, and events organised and/or co-organised by the organisation.
Scope & Duration
The contract will cover the period: 1 August 2026 – 31 July 2027
The contracting authority retains a right of pre-emption for:
- A unilateral extension of the contract for one (1) additional year (1 August 2027 – 31 July 2028), and
- The assignment of additional similar services of up to 40% of the value of the initial contract (excluding VAT and rights of pre-emption).
Total Project Budget
The total maximum budget, including rights of pre-emption, amounts to:
€6,703,200.00 (plus VAT, where applicable)
This amount constitutes the maximum available expenditure for the services to be provided.
Award Criterion
The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender, determined solely on the basis of price.
