From 1 July 2025, BESA and Febelux as well as the event agency part of ACC Belgium will fully integrate their activities into those of Event Confederation. Instead of extensive cooperation with event federations under the umbrella of Event Confederation, it will now be a single organisation, with a close-knit team, a clear offer, under one name: Event Confederation.
From now on, Event Confederation will take over the torch of federations and you will only receive communication through Event Confederation.

Petra Cooreman (BESA) and Ann Pelgrims (Febelux) will remain your trusted contacts within Event Confederation. From 1 July, it will be Virginie Cuypers for ACC Belgium.
