As one of the oldest exhibition institutions in Europe reaches its 100th anniversary, the administration of TIF-HELEXPO SA has set the foundations for a new exhibition and congress center in the heart of the city of Thessaloniki and aspires to celebrate its centenial anniversary in the new expocentre.

Dr. Kyriakos Pozrikidis he is a graduate of the School of Economics of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a post-graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Macedonia He has also authored a historical album titled ‘Magical Pictures’ on the history of Thessaloniki International Fair since its founding, the books “Fair Stories” and “How to participate at International Fairs”, one comic “Dethistas” and one educational game “CITY GAME – Thessaloniki”.
Dr. Pozrikidis has also participated in dozens of studies. He has served as a member of the Board (1995 – 1998) and as President (1998 – 2000) of the European Tourism Trade Fairs Association. He is a member of the Board (2012 – today) of the International Fair Union (Union des Foires Internationals). He is also the President of the Central European Fairs Alliance – CEFA. He is a certified member of the International Association of Professional Exhibition Organisers (IAEM).
He currently serves as Managing Director of TIF-HELEXPO, the national exhibition agency.

Born, a citizen of the world, Irene was born in Greece but spent several years of her life in Africa. Upon her return to her homeland, Athens, she now shares her time between Athens, Aegina and candidate congress destinations, throughout Greece and the rest of the world.
Irene is Co-founder of ERA Congresses & Events, with over 38 years of experience in organizing Greek, European and International Conferences, with an extensive action in the field of sales and public relations. Her strong leadership skills and vision has helped ERA evolve in the Greek and international markets and consolidate the company, in its 20-year history, as one of the leading Professional Conference Organizers (PCO), in Greece..
She is distinguished for her strategic planning and has a tremendous experience that helps mentor new employees into becoming competent executives manage and handle the outstanding demands of the Conference & MICE Tourism Indurty.
The main objective of her professional career, has always been the promotion of the MICE industry in Greek and internationally, through the provision of quality services that promote the cultural and historical legacy of Greece.
Her active participation in relevant domestic organizations such as, HATTA, FEDHATTA, ACVB, TCB, HAPCO and SETE and in international associations respectively, such as IAPCO & ASCONET, makes her contribution to the tourism industry really significant.
Theodoros Vokos

Theodoros Vokos joined Posidonia Exhibitions S.A. in 2003 and is the company’s Managing Director since 2018. He is responsible for the international shipping exhibition Posidonia and launched in 2011 the Posidonia Sea Tourism Forum, which has become the most important event for the Sea Tourism industry in the East Med region.
Mr. Vokos holds an M.A. in International Relations & European Studies from the University of Kent at Canterbury, and prior to joining Posidonia Exhibitions served as a Special Adviser to the Secretary General for Industry at the Ministry of Development and as the Public Relations Manager at Unisystems S.A. Information Technology. Mr. Vokos was also the co-organiser of the 2008 “Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Career Development” exhibition and conference, at Zappeion Megaron, in cooperation with the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). Mr. Vokos speaks Greek, German and English.
