His experience covers acquisition support including buy side diligence, business valuations and M&A advisory as well as advisory work on the sell-side of transactions.

Assoc. Prof Karapinar is currently the Managing Director and Executive Board Member of TEMA Foundation. He teaches graduate courses at Bogazici Univeristy in the areas of development and climate changes.

Ms Kalan represented Turkey at UN Global Youth Leadership Summits in 2006. She supported the establishment of youth councils within the Local-Agenda 21 Program. Later she worked as a project coordinator at UN Agencies such as UNDP and UNICEF.
