Meet Irina Schilling, the newest member of our IFES Management Office Team! With a background in tourism and extensive experience in accounting, Irina brings a unique perspective and valuable skills to our team.

Originally drawn to the international sector during her travels in Australia, Irina’s career path has led her through the group travel and cruise industries, including a rewarding experience working in Fiji. Now, after a fulfilling period of parental leave, Irina felt the call to chart a new course, and she joins IFES ready to apply her expertise in accounting and invoice management.

Beyond her professional prowess, Irina brings a valuable linguistic asset to the table, with a proficiency in Russian. While not fluent, her ability to communicate opens doors to broader connections and collaborations within our international community.

For Irina, this career change represents more than just a shift in roles—it’s an opportunity to work alongside open-minded individuals who share her commitment to transparent communication and meaningful cooperation.
