ExpoNet has been recognised for its outstanding work in events with the announcement of National Finalists in the 2018 Australian Event Awards.

ExpoNet is one of Australia’s largest suppliers to the exhibition and event industry.
From their network of fully resourced branches in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane/Gold Coast, ExpoNet offers design, project management and build.

Following a rigorous first round of judging by event industry leaders and experts around Australia, ExpoNet’s place amongst the National Finalists in the category of Best Event Service has the weight of the industry behind it.

Managing Director, Shaun Rae said, “Being selected as a National Finalist is welcome acknowledgement of our team’s quality delivery of the ASEAN-Australia Special Summit and the best practice project management methods underpinning our approach to executing all events on our calendar.”

Entries are judged on all aspects of achievement including innovation, best practice and sustainability as well as the contribution to events and the difficulties encountered in executing it.

Co-chair of the Event Awards Judging Panel Brenda LaPorte said:

“I’m extremely pleased to say innovation is alive and well in Australian events and achievements in the events industry. Entries into this year’s Event Awards show Australian event professionals are not content to simply maintain the status quo – they continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in events to produce outstanding experiences and lead the world in our industry.”

Winners of the Australian Event Awards will be announced at a lavish Awards Ceremony on 21 November at Novotel Twin Waters on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
