Last Friday marked the official start of construction on a new facility for The Inside.

The building in Olst, close to the company’s headquarters in Deventer, will cover 4,440 m² in total, of which 4,000 m² will be dedicated storage space and 440 m² office space.

The Inside already operates an 8,500 m² facility for custom production and a 3,700 m² facility for modular solutions.

With the addition of the new 4,400 m² storage site, the company’s total footprint will increase to more than 16,600 m².

The expansion will create additional capacity and flexibility for project logistics, while the existing offices in Deventer and Frankfurt continue to focus on design, project management, and client services.

Completion of the new facility is scheduled for Q1 2026.
