Why ISO 20121

ISO 20121 is an international audited management system for sustainable events. As an ISO standard it is unique in two ways: first, it was created specifically for the events industry, and second, it can be applied to companies as a whole and to single projects or products. The fwd: and IFES ISO 20121 Training Convoy is a comprehensive, year-long program that guides companies step-by-step through the entire ISO 20121 implementation journey. Delivered in a collaborative convoy format, the training is both affordable and highly interactive.

  • Five exchange modules: Offers live Q&A, experience sharing and collaborative template refinement
