ABOUT THE PROJECT
At BAU 2023, “bauformustahl e.V.” showcased the feasibility of sustainable steel construction. Holtmann+ managed the stand, emphasizing steel’s durability and resource efficiency. The motto “Less bric-a-brac. More steel.” highlighted steel’s sustainability, using primarily green steel for the stand. This choice not only showcased its recyclability but also provided a cost-effective solution. The minimalist design emphasized steel’s qualities, supported by other sustainable elements like resource-efficient product presentation. The entire stand concept promoted sustainability, featuring recycled steel and emphasizing resource efficiency. Through this, the cycle of steel’s recyclability and reusability was vividly demonstrated, showcasing steel as a resource-efficient material.
