ABOUT THE PROJECT
The client aims to participate in 3-4 trade shows per year in the USA, utilizing 20′ x 20′ booths. The key objectives for these trade shows include:
- Low Material Weight: Ensuring the booth materials are lightweight to reduce transportation costs and environmental impact.
- Reduced Logistics Costs: Optimizing logistics to minimize expenses and enhance efficiency.
- High Reusability: Using materials and structures that can be reused multiple times to promote sustainability.
- Consistency with Company CI: Maintaining a strong brand presence and visual identity across all trade shows
Implementation of the Trade Show Booth Concept
To achieve these objectives, we have developed a comprehensive booth design and construction
concept:
- Use of Flexible, Lightweight beMatrix Frames b62: These frames are easy to transport and set up, and they can be adapted to different heights and booth formats.
- Surface Coverings with Partially Printed Fabrics: The booth surfaces are covered with abrics that can be customized with company branding and messages.
- Solutions for Various Booth Configurations: The design accommodates island, split island, peninsula, and corner booth layouts.
- Use of Dark Carpet for Multiple Uses: The carpet used in the booth is dark in color to hide wear and tear, allowing it to be used at multiple events.
Logistical Planning and Optimization
Efficient logistical planning is a key part of BINDER GROUP’s strategy:
- Two Transport Routes for 2024: For three trade shows in Chicago, only two transport routes from the main warehouse will be utilized, reducing the carbon footprint.
- On-Site Storage Using Advanced Warehouses: Utilizing advanced warehouses for on-site storage helps streamline logistics and reduce costs.
- Significant Savings in Logistics: The use of lightweight materials and optimized routing and storage results in substantial cost savings and reduced environmental impact.
THE RESULT
Results and Benefits of the Concept
The implementation of this booth concept has led to several benefits:
